Best book for learning... I'm new

Any suggestions on a book tobuy that will teach me the ins & outs of Ebay?

I have a personal organization business, and stuff comes to me and I would like a lucrative outlet for disposal, so to speak.

    "Secrets of Ebay", "Ebay for Dummies", "Selling on eBay for Dummies", etc etc. There is an entire "Dummies" series that's pretty simple to read and use.

    A little knowledge of Pay Pal will help, too, unless you're going to use Google Checkout or Auctiva or something similar.
